Aims & Objective: To view life as a continuous learning experience
An interactive session was conducted by the Entrepreneur Mr. Naaman Abou Mourad grandparent of Tia Hamdan 11B on the topic “View life as a continuous learning experience”. It was an experiential sharing session. It's very important to hear people's personal experiences as it enhances the skills and changes the mindset about certain things. Mr. Naaman stressed learning is a continuous process which happens at every stage of life. Everything which was discussed in the assembly by the speaker was not only applicable to people who would start their own business, it was also about certain things everyone should possess to grow in a good way. It was motivational and shared very good piece of information. Students realised some skills are important to instill in our daily lives such as honesty, organizational behaviour.
Assembly on: Entrepreneurship for Sustaining Peace

Year 11 students conducted an assembly on 9th Feb 2021 for Year 9 students on the topic Entrepreneurship for Sustaining Peace, Sustainable Entrepreneurship, Sustainable Innovation and Sustainable Enterprise. The objective of this assembly is to understand sustainable entrepreneurship concerning sustainability innovation and also to provide a reference for future entrepreneurs to introduce innovation through sustainability and to pursue sustainable entrepreneurship. Students were questioned to have an effective interaction and were challenged with critical questioning on the topic. The assembly was concluded by sharing feedbacks in the padlet link shared by the organisers.
PARENTAL ENGAGEMENT Activity on Entrepreneurship and sharing of experiences

A session by an Entrepreneur, Mr. Anwar Hussein, Group CEO of HBK Department of Projects and CEO of AIDA, Parent of Ammarah Ali, 11D. During the assembly, key challenges and opportunities surrounding the COVID 19 pandemic were brought into discussion. Commercial implications and moving towards a digital and virtual operational setup, for both, existing and start-up businesses were discussed in depth. The session highlighted key sectors that could benefit in the near term through innovation and adaptability. Sector specific examples were put forward for better understanding such as the lucrative contributions of lockdowns on the gaming and health care industry. Changes that businesses had to cater following the mended shape of world economy and the consumer markets. The dynamism trickled down from falling GDP to changes in consumer behavior. Furthermore, day to day flexibility required in both workforce and operations were also highlighted. The discussion was concluded by critical analysis of post COVID behavior of top performing sectors.
Assembly on Safer Internet Day

Aims & Objective: To raise awareness about importance of using internet safely.
The assembly started with introduction to the introduction of Safer Internet Day by Nikita of 11A. The assembly provided opportunity to bring awareness on safer internet Day and its importance. Nikita spoke about safer internet day being celebrated around the world. Later Laris continued with the risks associated with internet as well as strategies to avoid facing these risks. Abdelrahman the spoke about the golden rules to keep in mind while on the Internet. This was followed by an interactive quiz held by Aarav and Harsh.
